How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our Turnaround is can be anywhere from 2 day delivery to 2 weeks, depending on the order type and size. Amounts over 10,000 usually require at least a month. But if you need it sooner than that, let us know and we can try for a rush order!

What is the minimum/maximum order?

We ask for a minimum order of 250 lanyards, however the minimum on the USB lanyards are 150. As for the maximum, there is none!

What is the charge for pre-loading files onto the USB Lanyard?

Free, up to 300MB worth of files.

What are the credit terms provided by buildmylanyard.com? How long do I have to make payment for the order?

We usually give 30 days for payment after the delivery is made to you, however for significantly large orders we may ask for a 30%-50% upfront payment to proceed with your order.

What if I find better pricing somewhere else?

That’s great that you found a low price. It is what we strive to do ourselves and we believe we have a model which provides the cheapest and best quality product. If you find a lower quote, send us a copy of the quote and we will match it.

What is your return policy?

All of our lanyards are quality tested, however, if some slip through the cracks, let us know the number and we will send more to you for free within 30 days of receiving the product. Usually with all of our orders we send more than what you had asked for, just in case. Having extras never hurt.
