How in the world am I supposed to build my own lanyard? I've never built anything before!
Well, technically you are not building a lanyard. You are customizing it based on our options that we have provided you with throughout the customization process. Its an easy three step process that will speed up the ordering process so that you can save time and let us do all of the work!
At any time you can click the "Help Me" button and a customer service representative will contact you quickly by either phone or e-mail to help you build your lanyard.

How long is turnaround time for my lanyard order?
It all depends on the quantity and type of lanyard. Typically, we can have the order shipped to you within about 10 days of the artwork being approved.

What if I found a better price somewhere else?
That's great, our goal is to get you the best price possible for the highest quality lanyards! Just remember, as you begin to make more orders on the website, you begin to receive a better price per unit! For example, if you were to order 250 lanyards 4 times a year you're pricing would be based on if you were ordering a single order closer to 1000 lanyards at a better price per piece. So the more orders you make, the better pricing you get! No other company will offer this!

What happens if I have a few lanyards that break?
We take quality very seriously! There are three levels of quality testing that we do in the back ground to make sure that you are getting the highest quality. If you do have lanyards that break, however, keep them on hand and then contact us and we will replace them as soon as possible! Customer satisfaction guaranteed! |
